    Sebastian, that is an awesome poster! I can tell you worked hard on it and your smile shows how proud you are of your work! I love it! We're in the home stretch! You've been working so hard and soon you'll have the summer break you deserve!

He finished Flat Stanley...just in time.  He was a beast all day.  Mean, spiteful and horrible.  Hopefully the karate exercise will help. Week 8: May 18-22

Monday, May 18 Only 15 today.  Sigh.  When he focuses, he's so much faster.  He was day dreaming...then fighting...then distracted...I had to start the clock twice because he stopped before he even started. And apparently he thinks 5+3=18.  But that was after 60 sec was up. Ok, I told him NO to gorillas, but eventually let him choose Bison.  He had about 5 different animals in mind and kept switching.  We tried to do a "golden eagle" like the one on the flag of Mexico.  When I finally let him try to find info on that (to prove a point of how hard it would be to find info), he believed me that he might want to choose a different animal.  We were trying to get him to do camel LOL, but bison it is.  He knows a lot about bison, but not everything.  I also thought--if ok with you--we might focus a little on the history at the same time.  Given we're reading Little House it seems to go with the territory, pun intended.
